Last fall, David & Kenda Kapaku were approached by the Kahana Door of Faith to provide leadership and Biblical teaching during a revitalization process. The church is located in the northwest section of Maui near where the Kapakus live. Since then, the Lord has blessed the church with greater unity and a growth in attendance (up to 100 on Sundays.
This native Hawaiian church celebrated the baptism of 11 believers in the ocean at Kahana Bay on Easter Sunday.
Another 5 persons were baptized on June 12th!
