Progress on Church Buildings in Brazil

Construction on the Campo Grande Church in Campinas continues. The congregation long ago outgrew the carport where they were meeting. Though the new facility is not entirely under roof, a 2nd floor provides some covering for worshippers on the ground floor. Pastor Jimenez expresses appreciation for special funding this year from USA churches which have made this progress possible. Work teams have also been a blessing! Home construction in the Campo Grande area continues to explode providing increased opportunity to reach out to more families with the Good News of the Gospel. Visitors come every week! Pray for this ministry.

Further north in the state of Tocantins, we have two churches in the capital city of Palmas. The Santo Amaro church is on the north side of the city, and the Taquari church is on the south side near the airport. This building (right) makes possible expanded ministry in this growing neighborhood. A 2nd floor is planned. Work teams are welcome to assist this project.

Funding for Brazil Church Ministries should be designated for CC 2804.
